One of the most fundamental aspects, in my view, is self-awareness and the recognition of our authentic selves. Often, our actions are driven by beliefs and ideas that may not align with our true nature. By uncovering these false notions and embracing our genuine selves, we can harmonize with the unfolding of life's desires. While this aspect may not be a prerequisite for our collaboration, it can significantly speed up your journey.
Another crucial aspect is cultivating curiosity, allowing us to bring awareness to our internal experiences throughout the journey. Within our bodies, false or limiting beliefs can reside, obstructing our progress towards our desired destination. By either reinforcing these beliefs or leaving them unquestioned, we may find ourselves immobilized, unable to take the necessary steps forward. It is imperative to become conscious of these self-limiting beliefs to effectively address and overcome them. Awareness serves as the initial step, and sometimes, it alone can provide the clarity needed to break free from their grip. However, in my personal experience, these beliefs often come intertwined as a complex bundle. They form a network of thoughts, ideas, and beliefs that reinforce one another, fortifying their hold on us. I have found inner relationship focusing to be an invaluable tool for illuminating my consciousness in a safe, accepting, and understanding manner. While other tools may be equally effective, this is currently the method I find most powerful. One of its remarkable aspects is the emphasis on acceptance. By simply perceiving the beliefs in whatever way they manifest, sometimes as bodily sensations, without the need for immediate change, we create a sense of safety that enables their transformation or peaceful coexistence without influencing our actions. While much of this exploration can be done independently, having the presence and support of a guide to accompany you through the process and help you navigate beyond limitations can be immensely beneficial. I am deeply passionate about being that guiding presence for individuals on this transformative journey. It's worth noting that inner relationship focusing initiates the process of working with our beliefs at a somatic, or body-based level, making it possible to engage even when conscious awareness may be limited.
