Embrace Your Dreams: The Power of Inner Work and Collaboration

Collaboration has the power to unleash incredible possibilities. When two individuals join forces with a shared purpose, the potential for achievement becomes limitless. As a coach, my greatest joy lies in helping others pursue their dreams—the aspirations that resonate deep within their hearts. By guiding individuals on this transformative journey, I find my own dreams fulfilled. The process of inspiring, enthusing, and exciting others brings me immense satisfaction. We all thrive with support and assistance on our paths. From my personal experience, I have discovered certain key elements essential for progress towards our desired lives. One of the most fundamental aspects, in my view, is self-awareness and the recognition of our authentic selves. Often, our actions are driven by beliefs and ideas that may not align with our true nature. By uncovering these false notions and embracing our genuine selves, we can harmonize with the unfolding of life's desires. While this aspect may not be a prerequisite for our collaboration, it can significantly speed up your journey.

Discovering Your True Nature: The Key to Living Free from Suffering

To live free from suffering, it is so important to recognise our most fundamental nature. Our most fundamental nature is of course always here as it is who we are and where all other parts of us arise from. It is mostly overlooked as it has no qualities in and of itself. It is often referred to as Awareness, yet no word can truly reflect what It Is as It Is more than what we usually think of as Awareness. No words can accurately describe It. When we try to add words, we see that all words become meaningless, and we start to sound like someone telling tongue twisters. To use a pronoun, anything will do, I, It, He, She, That. I am empty, yet totally full with everything in existence. My nature and yours, is That which doesn’t change, which remains untouched by all experience. To be in recognition of It as myself, activates a flow of love, gratitude, intuitive insight and understanding of Oneness.

Cultivating Non-Resistance: A Path to a More Easeful Life

Resistance. We all know what it is. Or at least, what the effects of it are. Inner Relationship Focusing

Inner Relationship Focusing (IRF) is the name given by Ann Weiser Cornell and Barbara Mc Gavin to a process which facilitates us  to be at peace with what arises in our inner world. As the name suggests, we as "Self In Presence" which inherently is at peace and has no content in and of itself, looks towards what arises in us with openness and curiosity, and initiates a relationship with whatever we see. This relationship is based on gentleness, allowing, acceptance and being non-judgemental towards oftentimes parts of us that have been pushed deep inside or we have been non-allowing of.

It is impossible to Suffer and Know Yourself

It is impossible to suffer once you are clear about your true nature. When we are unclear, that can sound a bit mystical or distant. All it really means is that we can't uphold a story of suffering within us. We will not add fuel to the fire. If the usual things that used to cause us to suffer arise, instead of being drawn into the story, instead we may be curious, or we may inquire into the story. On top of this we will also see that it is not that we are suffering but just that there is something arising within us. When we are aware of our true nature all that arises within us passes through the open space that we are and leaves us very quickly. I like what Mooji says, "It is not that you are experiencing suffering but that you are suffering your experience."There is a world of difference. We don't need to be under the illusion that life will become all sunshine and lemonade when we are aware of who we are beyond stories, life will still appear in all it's many flavours that it does. It is just that we are better equipped, more courageous, and the qualities of love, patience and kindness have ground to flourish within us. Our true nature is not the nature of our character or personality. Our true nature is shared with all of life and is beyond stories, beyond personality and beyond ideas. It is possible to Know this, but it is not like your average or usual way of knowing things. It is not one thing that knows another thing. This Knowing of Yourself and Yourself are one and the same and it is entirely possible to Know it and Be it right Now.

Life Transforms On Its Own

As time goes on our insights seem to get deeper and deeper. Or perhaps they become more alive, moment to moment. Today what is very alive is the absolute enjoyment that is present when I don't make any interference in what is appearing. Practically all that means is that I remain as I am and simply notice all of what comes and goes within me. How could I interfere anyway? Only by conjuring up, imagining or inventing another thought or energy and imagining it has some superpowers to transform something else that is appearing. It's quite hilarious really as of course this has happened countless times within my being. But, more to the point I want to share is that just to see, to acknowledge what appears within, emotions, reactions, energies etc, they are simply here. I say nothing of them, I want nothing of them. It's very enlivening really to just see that is the natural way of things anyway. I need not interfere.                        Life transforms on its own.
